Fitness Ridge BBQ Sauce
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 ea onion
- 6 cl garlic
- 2 C tomato sauce
- 1 C water
- 2 T chili powder
- 1 T paprika
- 2 T spicy brown mustard
- 1/8 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 2 T dark brown sugar
- 1/4 C honey
- 2 T molasses
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
Instructions
- Simmer all the ingredients for 15 minutes, then place in blender and blend until smooth.
